the rugs are as clean as the day I purchased them- great job, and customer service. If you want your rugs truly clean, you have to do a full immersion of the rug, don't do a spot clean in your home, it won't be as clean. they did a great job on some expensive rugs I have. will be using them again!

Prompt pick up service with on time delivery too. Rugs came back clean and fresh. Prices $$ for rug cleaning was quoted on site so no surprises. The Home on site Service team are polite and helpful. However , cost has increased considerably , from a year prior, as the overall cost of living in America has, as well. Thus the 4 star review. Trustworthy company and will consider SRC again this late spring or early summer.

A day after Christmas, we came home to house full of water from a frozen pipe burst. Spencer, Rick and their team picked up our precious Persian and oriental rugs on the same day. The did a marvelous job cleaning and restoring them to its original condition.
